Vision
Vision yourself beside the warmth of a horse. The breeze blows gently around you as you place a hand upon your horse's neck. Their fur is soft and feels delicate against your skin. You give light scratches with your fingertips and your horse's head drops. The signal is relaxation. A deep breath leaves your horses body and in time with it you let out a deep sigh.

This is part of the magical offerings from horses. Animals that are the most intuitive in the world and know what you need and where you're at. Their kindness surrounds you and your uneasiness departs with the breaths of air you both released.

Your heart-rate slows, your mind becomes less busy. The longer you take in your environment and the quiet simplicity of a mutual love and appreciation, the more you feel energized.
